This week’s FYI is inspired by a great conversation I recently had with a friend:

When creating, something is done when you decide it’s done, but it being done doesn’t mean it’s good. To know if something is good, look to (and trust) others. If they tell you it’s not good (or not as good as it can be), it may, in truth, not be done.
