This week’s FYI (which stands for something other than For Your Information, but decorum dictates I keep that to myself) is about Nintendo (not really) and adults acting like children (abso-frickin-really). It’s a little rant-y and supremely snarky, but what the hell, we’re living in rant-y snarky times:
I see what you did there, Nintendo. You released your mobile Pokemon game right when aweful sh!t was about to happen so everyone can distract themselves by walking around (exercise!) ‘hunting’ for digital creatures in real places (augmented reality – because regular reality is hard!) rather than having to think about real issues that impact their lives like, you know, adults should. Well played. #CeasarWouldBeProud
